When we give it back.

The point of charging at all is to make introductions matter. When something doesn’t go right, we’d rather refund you than argue about it.

No charge on decline.The €49 per-introduction fee fires only when both sides accept the introduction. If you decline, you owe nothing. We never charge for an introduction that didn’t happen.

30-day failed-meet credit. If you accept an introduction and the meet doesn’t happen within 30 days, we credit the €49 back to your account. You can apply it to the next introduction or ask us to refund it to your card. We don’t hold onto money for meets that never happened.

Membership refunds inside 14 days. Dutch consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of starting your membership and haven’t accepted any introductions, we refund the membership fee in full.

Membership refunds after 14 days. We don’t pro-rate partial months. If you cancel after the 14-day window, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and won’t renew. If something specific went wrong, write to us. We almost always make it right.

Annual subscriptions. The 14-day withdrawal window applies to annual subscriptions too. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we’ve obviously failed to deliver. In that case, write to us.

If you’re not getting introductions. We don’t promise a cadence. Your AI is picky on your behalf, and sometimes that means weeks or months without a match. If a long stretch starts to feel wrong, write to us. We’ll look at the matching settings together and figure out what to do.

Disputes. Write to hi@liori.app and a real person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days. If we can’t reach an outcome you’re happy with, you can escalate to the Dutch consumer authority (ACM) or to your bank for a chargeback. We’d rather sort it directly.
